Sakura Develops a Grain Cooler System
How those grains preserved in Silo and Warehouse are protected from degradation in its quality, insects proliferation and other deterioration factors. This Grain Cooler System is much specialized for the purpose and extend life of those grains being stored.
Models available are SGCS-03-1KW up to SGCS-30-1KW to cover 20-30 tons/day up to 200-300 tons/day.
Working principle and mechanism are:
- Blow-in air is always constant by inverter control
- Use a cost free waste air, for energy saving as heat reclaiming system
- Injecting pressure is always constant by variable condenser controlled
- fan speed
- Total statistic pressure can be built up to 300mmWG, or 3000 Pa, by
- specially designed supply fan
As an option, Inverter Compressor, Free Air cooling system for Winter Season, and High ambient temperature unit are available respectively.

Sakura Corporation holds SDS Digital Scroll Technical
Engineering Seminar in Shunde, Guangzhou, China
On January 15-16, 2008, Sakura Corporation Holds 2008 spring seminar focusing on Sakura SDS Central (VRF system) Digital Scroll Technical/ Engineering Seminar.
Sakura SDS central system adopts the latest technology of digital scroll compressor and its latest generation SDS-EX meets 8HP to 64HP with increment of every 2 HP in modular application and connectable 13 indoor units up to 64 indoor units.
Sakura digital scroll system utilized the high speed DSP processing chip. Some of the benefit of having digital scroll compressors in Sakura SDS system are as follows:
1. More precise temperature control with very small fluctuation. The
@ average temperature fluctuation is }0.5?c.
2. High efficiency and energy saving. The average energy saving on
@ SAKURA SDS system is reduced by 20%.
3. Digital scroll compressor capacity output can be adjusted through
@ different rates of loading and unloading period.
